Who We Are

We at TLG feel that tech support these days has become too nerve-wracking. Letting big corporations work on your personal computer, with employees that, at times, can seem downright suspicious. That is why we're here. We feel that if you get to know us, you'll feel safer making a more educated decision about your computer repair. Before any work is done, your data is immediately backed up onto our encrypted data servers, ensuring the highest level of security for your information, and peace of mind for you and your family or business. On this page, you will find a short bio describing each of us, as well as our experience and areas of expertise.

Christopher Jutting

I am the go-to guy for all my friends and family when they have computer problems. Having worked on computers since I was young, I developed an interest early on. But computers are more than a hobby for me. I received an Associates Degree in Computer and Network Technology from Briarcliffe College, and am nearing completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Stony Brook University.
On top of that I am A+ certified and DCSE (Dell certified systems engineer) certified. Not only do I repair computers, but am also experienced in website design. In addition to this site I also created sites for Silk Hair Spa and TS Contruction.

Mark MacGregor

For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by the technology that we are surrounded by today. Working with technology and computers is more than "Just a passing phase," it's a passion. If a family member or a friend has a question, I'm their first choice for help. Having worked in mulitple locations across Long Island, I have seen (and FIXED!) problems that would make most techs simply give up and start from scratch.
My areas of expertise are virus removal and supplementary repair, custom computer builds, hardware troubleshooting and upgrades, Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, and 7), and network installation/troubleshooting (Both wireless and wired).
I am A+ Certified, and currently studying to be certified as a Network Technician as well. My approach has always been hands-on, as evidenced by my work. I haven't fixed something that I haven't sat down in front of and personally worked on. My motto is, "If it can be done, it can be un-done. And if I can't do it, it can't be done!"
